These tracks appear in Rockstar-published trailers. That makes the songs themselves confirmed; it does not confirm which station plays them, or that every one appears in the final game.
Trailer 1 was carried entirely by Tom Petty’s Love Is a Long Road, from Full Moon Fever, written by Thomas Earl Petty and Michael W. Campbell. Trailer 2 was led by Hot Together by The Pointer Sisters, with Talkin’ to Myself Again by Tammy Wynette, Everybody Have Fun Tonight by Wang Chung, Thunder Island by Jay Ferguson and Child Support by Zenglen also identified.
What the selections suggest about radio
The spread is unusually wide even by GTA standards: seventies and eighties rock, country, synth-pop and Haitian kompa. That range points to a station line-up built around Florida’s actual musical demographics rather than a single decade.
Zenglen is the most telling inclusion. Kompa is Haitian dance music with a large South Florida audience, which suggests Rockstar is scoring the region’s real communities rather than just its postcard aesthetic.
