These are questions Rockstar has simply not answered. Anyone publishing a specific figure for them is guessing, whatever their confidence.
Install size is the one that catches people out most, because it is the most practically useful number and the easiest to invent. The very large figures circulating on social media have no Rockstar source.
Why the fake answers exist
Search demand for these exact questions is enormous and the real answer is "nobody knows", which ranks poorly and earns no clicks. So sites invent numbers, and those numbers get quoted by other sites until they look like consensus.
A useful test: ask where the figure originally came from. Confirmed GTA 6 information comes from Rockstar Newswire, official trailers, the Extended Look, or press who were shown the game directly. If a claim cannot be traced to one of those, it is not confirmed regardless of how many sites repeat it.
